What a gem of a place! the room was super clean, cozy with a working heater, and having ample parking made everything so easy. We enjoyed relaxing by the seasonal outdoor pool after a long day, although the TV reception was a bit spotty, but it didn't really take away from our awesome stay! 🌟.

One of the best things about my recent city break was the comfortable and spacious room. the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud and the room had everything I needed, including working facilities. the staff were very friendly and always greeted me with a smile. the hotel's location was also perfect for me, as it was close to the city center and everything I wanted to see. the garden area around the pool was a real gem - perfect for lounging around and taking in the scenery.
The hotel was let down by a few small issues, including the absence of room service information, restaurant services not being up to scratch and deep potholes in the car park.

Spent my Christmas here and it was amazing! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center where I found so much history. The hot meals on the restaurant were a huge plus, great variety of choices for a couple of days stay. The room was equipped with plates, bowls plus toaster and cutlery which I did not expect. This allowed me to have breakfast in the room, which was great not needing to go out early in the morning.
The temperature in the room; it was quite cold and took a while to warm up, even with the heater on maximum.

Great location within walking distance of many attractions and close to Main Street. Clean and well-equipped rooms with plenty of parking. The breakfasts were delicious and served hot. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
Nothing, all excellent.

The room is spacious and well-presented, with coffee making facilities and a microwave. the staff are friendly and helpful and the restaurant serves delicious food.
The electric blanket only worked on one side of the bed, which was disappointing.
